Built Beyond provides personalized digital coaching services and reserves professional time after a client enrols.

Cancellation before work begins

A cancellation request may be submitted within 24 hours of payment, provided the assessment has not been reviewed and personalized work has not started. Eligible refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank or payment-network processing may take additional time.

After personalization begins

Once the assessment has been reviewed, a personalized plan has been prepared, or coaching support has begun, the fee is non-refundable because the service is customized and professional time has been allocated.

Duplicate or incorrect payment

Verified duplicate payments or payment errors will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
