Service Delivery Policy

No physical goods are sold or shipped through this website. Built Beyond provides digital online coaching services only; therefore, shipping charges and courier delivery do not apply.

How coaching is delivered

After successful payment, the client completes the online assessment. Initial onboarding normally begins within 2 business days after the completed assessment and required information are received.

Plans, reviews and coaching communication are delivered digitally through email, WhatsApp, online documents or another mutually agreed channel.
